I used the Admin account to creat the user directly from the admin panel.

But I cannot use that user account to login. It said "Login Incorrect! Please Try Again"

Where are you trying to log in? I'm guessing as a regular user to get to admin the forums? Are you already logged on as admin when you are trying to log on as a regular user?
