Hey Mikem lm using your subsystem theme with the port from tom port 2.06 and l did some modifacations to the theme like changeing the background to white and the rest of the blocks to white but l have one small problem l cant seem to get the area where it displays the Admin Message box or any other message in the middle to change to white it still stayng gray on the page l have made all the cnages l could think of in the style.css to the desired color's but still no luck any idea where l make the change to those center blocks or messages ..

Thanks l got that my new problem is that the forums when you click on it it has a full gray background changing the out side too how do l change this to white l have looked in the .css file but no luck so far any idea's

Nuke theme and Forum template are controlled separately.

For more references besides the css style sheet in the Forum tempalte, look in the
overall_header.tpl file. There may be hardcoded styles/background colors etc. in there.

l would like to add an image in there like a padlock or keys like l have seen on others justnot sure what file or where to put it in any idea and what code even ...

dds. I have not tested this, but it should work. Backup the file FIRST.

open modules.php

Look for this line
right above that line, put this line in
make sure you upload a lock.gif image to your images folder.
You can change the name of your image in that bit of code if you want, to reflect the name of your image.
