I use Avidhosting (http://www.avidhosting.com)and I love em! The control panel, archive manager and phpmyadmin make managing my nuke sites a breeze. Prices are reasonable too.

i just bought hosting from www.icdsoft.com . so far, no probs, and VERY fast setup. i got my hosting 2 hours after i ordered it.

lol my FREE web host is better than many PAID web hosts.
i get:
50 megs of space
NO banners or ads of any kind.
Unlimited bandwidth.
PHP and MySQL
and a very short address: http://www.sitename.host.sk
all for FREE

http://www.host.sk hard 2 get an account, even harder to get a database.
only drawback is that its 2/3 in slovakian (which i cant read or get a translator for :P)

another EVEN BETTER 1 which has 256 thats right 256megs of space. http://www.wildhorses.de only drawback is that u have 2 email them 2 documents showing idetification ie. passport 1st page (u can blot out everything but name and address? i think tho)
and its in german byt u can use Google's translator on that!

I have to highly reccommend Jatol.com. Accounts are reasonably priced and the support is the best I have ever seen. They have true 24 hour support via Instant Messanger, Help Desk apps, and a forum almost as active as this one. Also I have never had to wait over like 10 mins before someone got to me with my issue (some of those trouble tickets were ones I even put in at like 3am!)

Also what truly makes them unique is they offer a 7day free trial, so if for whatever reason you do not like thier services you can always get out without paying a dime in those first 7 days. I have yet to see any other host offer that.
