I'm not shure, but try it with the language file. Normaly, all what's written on the page is defined in the language-filez of the module.

Probably, concerning the registration, it's written in another file...

you've to know what kind of registration you're running also...I mean the one they use here or the one nuke comes with.

hope that helps a bit

Which registration?
Nuke's or the Forum's?

The form fields for the registraiton for Nuke is located in Your Account module/index.php
and the Forums registration form is in the modules/Forums/templates/YourTemplate/profile_add_body.tpl

Basically you can remove those fields and text boxes for the parts fo the form you don't want to have.
You may have to remove some table rows as well.
You'll want to remove both instances of everything. The parts for when they sign up and the parts for when they Edit their profile.

theres a little more involved in that if you are planning on adding new items to your profile. theres quite a few steps, most which i cannot explain. it will involved editing your MySQL directory, a number of files in your forums includes folder, and not to mention both the profile .php files and the template files that coincide with those. anyways, blah blah blah...if you want to add new profile fields, ill get you a file that shows you how.

note: im talking about forum profile fields...not nuke
