can someone point me towards the file I need to edit in order to change the websites listed in My Headlines on the Your Account page?

The only way I knwo to change it is in the Database.

Do you use phpmyadmin?
If yes, then go to your database. Look under the nuke_headlines table. Browse the contents, and there is where you can edit each website listed under the drop down list on Your Account page.
