Hey...
I'm really new to all this PHP-Nuke stuff, and I recently downloaded this awesome theme pack from this site called "Mission-Impossible".

The only trouble is, I dunno how to install it...
Can someone point me to an easy to follow guide of 'Installing Themes'?
It'd be great if thats possible, thanks so much!

Assumming, by this forum, that you have 6.0, first you need to extract the contents of the ZIP to your FTP, and then (if you have phpbb installed, if not skip this step) go into the PHPBB control panel, go to add under templates, and click add on the theme there.

However if you have version 6.5 or later, simply extract the contents of the ZIP file to the themes folder of your FTP.

I don't know what version of PHP-Nuke I have.

Also, as you can see, I managed to install my Nuke theme, but I'm still clueless as to how I add a PHPBB forum, rather than this suck splat forums...

So, could you help me with getting a PHPBB forum up? And also let me know which Nuke version I'm running.

Click your Statistics and look at the bottom :wink:

I recommend upgrading to Nuke6.5 first.

Then worry about themes. There are security holes in Nuke6.0

get Nuke6.5
here
Since you are not YET running the phpBB forums in your Nuke, you need to use the upgrade file in the upgrades/upgrade60-65.php
Open that file. There is a part in there towards the top to uncomment out a part that will remove your Splatt Forums. This is if you are going to upgrade.

Do I have to upgrade to 6.7/6.7? I just got myself up & running with 6.0 and I've finally found a kick ass theme for it too...

Isit not possible to stay with V6.0 and still use PHPBB forums?

Yes you can stay with 6.0
You need to go here

to download phpBB port for Nuke

The "kick-ass" theme is MissionImpossible? or another one you are using?

I got the following errors when trying to install my board port:

You didn't read the Directions?..hehe

You MUST chmod your modules/Forums directory 777 when you run the install.
Delete the modules/Forums/config.php if it was indeed created and re-run the install.
