Icons not showing in FI Blue 3d Theme

In our forums and members list section of our FI Blue 3d theme the icons for PM, AIM, Email, etc. are not displaying. Only a description is displaying for the appropriate selection. Icons would be nicer! How can I change this?

The style is working as designed. If you want buttons with icons you would have to make some.
