Importing SQL files......
Ok.. bare with me I',m a noob!
I am trying to install a gallery program module but I have a file MeG.sql that has all of the tables. Is there a way to simply import that file somwhere so I do not have to create all the tables myself through MyPHPAdmin. I know this is probably out in left field but does anyone have a rough idea of what I am trying to accomplish.

Thanks in advance!
Chaos

I always clicked SQL Tab, then browse to find the .sql file, and it will upload the tables sheet for you no more hard work

Cannabis,
Thanks for the input. I don't know what directory to upload the file to so that MYPhpAdmin can find it...or do I browse my copmuter locally? It says "or location of the .txt file. Can I still grab and upload the .sql file this way?

You import it through phpmyadmin.

Yes you can import it through the browse function on the SQL page. Just locate the .sql file in the browse box, and click GO
