OK I found the problem. I needed to comment out the include lang file int he top of the code.

It was trying to call it at the end of the lang_english.php file. It works great now. Now I need to figure out how I can open the maodule in the center block and still have the right blocks show up. Overall it is a great addition to my skills sets.
