moving nuke6 to an different URL under same domain(hosting) - 04-01-2003, 02:04 PM

Hi guys,

Fast challenge

I have nuke6 and phpbb ported ... with the registration hack to phpbb and hack to Your_Account to point to Profile in phpbb ....

I have to move the site under http://mysite.hosting.com to http://hosting.com/mysite (also to a different folder, the previous folder was lost but i have the back up the files).

About the db ...is same...same domain, user, pass and the db is untouched...

Can you tell me where should i apply any changes (specific files) ?

whew I had a hard time finding the silly reply button on this new theme..lol

Anyway, You shouldn't have to make any changes to any files, UNLESS you made specific path changes previously.
You will need to set the new path in your Nuke Admin/Preferences and Also your domain under Forum Admin/Configuration will need to be changed from
mysite.hosting.com
to
hosting.com/mysite
