My first post here! I am creating a new site and trying to sort out the layout before the rollout.
I have all the forum topics ready but not live yet and will probably use the BBlite design to begin with.
What I would like to know is how can I create and setup a homepage/portal such as the one on this site or here http://www.crapmanager.info/index.html

I will also need help with designs in the near future so if anyone is willing to offer their time & patience then they will be looked after as it were.
