Hmm very strange, i took the line from the original index.php and pasted it back into the other one, and when i try to open that one it says; Website found, Please wait. and then it starts loading very very slow and keeps loading and never opens.....

Replace your index.php with the original.

The parse error is not really relative to that line. It is mroe than likely casue by a { or ; or some other string out of place or missing above that line specified.
