It seems phpbb the makers of the Forum 1/2 of nuketobb are in the works of creating thier own portal.

Im willing to put money on the fact the default portal theme will look like the Subsilver them for phpnuke, shown here:

Well that would be because subsilver was designed specifically for phpbb2 by sub blue designs.
