coldblooded , when a user doesnt choose an avatar in their phpbb2 profile then a failed images displays , my question is , how did you get it to show a blank.gif by default ?

I'm having the same problem and also, no matter how I set the directory path, the rank stars don't show up! They show up in the admin when I add them, but only show a broken image link on the forums. Any help is greatly appreciated!

We don't have a fix for this at the moment, but it is alleviated by using the forum registration. Before we started using that I was manually setting the new members avatars in the db.

I wasn't too worried about it as I'm sure it will be fixed in the next release.

Ok guys. I have been working on this No Avatar(broken image) issue when a New User registers through Nuke.

Gimme another day to make sure it is working correctly and I will release a fix.

I have tested it on my test site by creating 3 test users and so far ALL of them came back registered with the correct blank image. WOOT!

That should do it. When a New User registers, instead of a broken image showing for their avatar, they should get assigned the blank.gif image. It should now grab the correct blank.gif image in your modules/Forums/images/avatars/gallery folder.

but im having another problem with the avatars,
when i click on the "open gallery" button on the profile section it redirects me to the forum section i can't seem to be able to change my avatar either upload or link to another site with an avatar.
any help? :?
