No Home Page?
Hi again everyone! I finally got my domain set up and everything the way I want it. But there is one remaining problem that I cannot figure out how to fix...

The home page gives me an error message that says "big problem here, we have no homepage!" I have tried selecting a module to be the home page, but it doesn't stick. (?) Is there a setting that is off which I don't know about? The site is <A HREF-"http://www.solo-ops.com">Solo-Ops.com</A> if anyone wants to check it out. But last time I had the problem all I did was select the "make my home" in the modules and it worked. Anyone have any idea why it doesn't work now?

Thank in advance, you guys are awesome!

Hilary

Re-check and make sure all the files got uploaded for PHP-Nuke. Don't trust your FTP upload log file.
The only few times I have seen that was when I didn't have all the files uploaded and one other time, it was a problem with my Database.
By default, Nuke sets the News module in the Home page.
Check your Nuke Admin Modules and make sure News is set to be in the Home. Make sure you click YES to set it on the next screen.

I tried making news the homepage... then I tried making forums... and I continued to try with all the different ones to see if any would work. They didn't lol. I did click yes, so this is an upload problem?

Yes check and make sure ALL the files from the PHP-Nuke package in the html folder got uploaded.

Also, check your MySQL database and make sure that it appears all the tables are there.
