NUKE 6.5 OUT NOW !!!!! - 04-02-2003, 06:52 AM

As of 12:30 (ish) GMT today, FB made the 6.5 version of Nuke available for download.
All the usual sourceforge mirrors in place

Here is the main link to the sourceforge download section, because even as we speak, the php-nuke.org site is already extremely busy and slowing down

Even while this has already been mentioned by the nukemods team i can't stress this enough:

I know many will download PHP-Nuke without bothering to check if there is
anything they should& be aware of when upgrading, for those that do some
research before upgrading here's a tip or two:
1-Make a backup of all files and database tables before upgrading.
2-If using Tom's bbtonuke port with PHP-Nuke 6.0 DO NOT USE THE
upgrade60-65.php FILE TO UPGRADE
, instead use nukebbsql.php which you can
get from NukeResources,
NukeCops and
NukeMods.
3-PHP-Nuke 6.5 was designed for php 4.1.0 or better and it requires
GD libraries
to be present, get analyzer from
NukeCops to check these and
other aspects.

I just download analyzer from nukecops and check the demo link
which has an error on it, you can check it HERE
Is this the same file that I download and does analyzer check for GD libraries and php version?
Upgrading from V6.0-V6.5

Yes analyzer checks to make sure you have the GD Libararies installed.

Looks like they are having problems with their Analyzer demo over at nukecops according to your link.

I'm no using the Analyzer 1.90 yet.
I am still using 1.89.8
