Well let me start this rant with a bit of background.
I had 6.0 & 2.06 working well with the registration hack and all. I really liked the setup but I also had to have 6.5.
Now I have that up and running as I understand it I also have a 2.03 version of phpBB. a sniplet of Nuke Cops Analyze.php script indicates I have a ported version of 2.03.

Code:
|
phpBB2 Port Values for RootGap Security Group
Theme ID Style Name Template Name Version
1 subSilver subSilver 2.0.3
PHP-Nuke Values for RootGap Security Group
Default_Theme Version Locale Language
smartDark 6.5 en_US english |
The analyize script also tells me I need to upgrade to 2.04 due to security problems.
As you can see above I'm using nukemods smartDark theme and would
like to continue to do so.
I want/need to upgrade and was looking at nukecops nukephpBB 2.1 rather than upgrading to 2.04, I'm not certain if I can use smartDark with 2.04 version but I'm fairly confident I can use 2.1 successfully.
Question 1 - Should I upgrade to Nuke Cops nukephpBB 2.1 integrated or should it be 2.04 or 2.06 or Nuke Cops nukephpBB 6.5 plus non-integrated. There are so many versions I confused....
I want to use Nuke 6.5 and the smartDark theme with the Latest "Secure" version of phpbb. I'd like to use the phpbb registration and have the avatar selections in phpbb available. What should I do?
Question 2 - As in the code box above the ported version of phpbb I'm currently running has the subsilver theme in use and is shown when I go to the phpbb admin functions. I can't select smartDark as my phpbb theme, its not available for selection, I only have subsilver and subblack. In phpnuke I have lots of themes available including sub silver. The subsilver theme appears to have an admin folder section as the others do not. Is this why I can't select smartDark as my phpbb theme from inside the admin portion of phpbb. However my forums show the smartDark when forums are selected from my website.
Any commentary your guys/gals can provide in understanding how all these ported/integrated/non-integrated themes work would be greatly appreciated.
