I am looking for a module that will hold all my news storys and that has a block for latest storys.

I want it so I write a story and it goes into that module say which is called news - that moudle can be access directly and be able to read all the news (earliest news to latest news) and also a block so right when they come to the site they can look at the block and see if there are any new news

PLEASE can anyone help me??

Take a look at the newest version of ForumNews. It has a block that you can get in another download that has all that stuff. Latest stories and ect... You could specify a forum for each kind of news. And make an "archived" forum where old news can be stored after a few days of viewing it. Thats just an idea.


But i do suggest you use Forum news. You do have a topic module that comes with it. Where viewers can choose which topic to read the headlines from. Check it out.

ah, you're using 6.0.

Not sure if forum news would work on that. Guess you'd have to look that up. You can find it at portedmods.com in their download section.

well if you're using Invision boards then i doubt this will work. BUt you probably aren't looking far enough. its in the "Extra" section on page 4 or 5 i beleive. But since you're using invision i really doubt it'll work. So sorry.

No it won't work, because you have to do lots of phpbb page editing
