I did everything right.. I uploaded all the files and used upgrade60-65 from the upgrade folder... and when I try to run it I get this error--
Will anyone help?

There's some good help in that topic.
Few things ou should do, turn on debugging. And let us know what version of what? Were you running standard Nuke6.0 with Splatt? etc. etc...
