well
if youre looking for an answer into coding-wise, im not sure.
but
its really just how you prefer the setup of it. postnuke a little bit different file structure, and few different scripts that run the same thing/idea as nuke. as youve probably noticed, they are near completely alike. one major difference ive noticed is the way you set up blocks: its much more "postnuke-n00b" oriented (nothing wrong with being a n00b at it, btw). you dont need to know any html to add links (if you choose to add them that way).
also, the support offered at postnuke.com seems to be more 'together', as they offer all files, support, etc. at their homepage. unlike nuke, where its somewhat spread out through a few sites.
it really just depends on how things run on your server for each, and which you prefer.
if youre looking for something more in-depth, id ask a user more familiar with postnuke, as i havent been working with it that long.
