Problems with index.php HELP ME!
Ok, I just installed vwar ( www.vwar.de ). It's a clan script where you can setup roster, matches and a calendar. However, for some reason whenever I try to access my main page ( www.thebigk.us/iF/index.php ) it directs it to /iF/war.php (which is the vwar script). This is very annoying..I've been messing with it for almost an hour and I'm stuck 8O anyone have any ideas?

My inexperienced guess is that your database file nuke_config.MYD was changed when you installed the sql tables for war. BUT don't act on this till someone from higher up answers this post. And ALLWAYS back up this file before even looking at it!!

ok when u installled vwar to the base dir. you should have not copied over the index.php. just re-d/l phpnuke 6.0 take the index.php in there & copy it back over to your server replacing the file in your main directory.

Maybe it has something to do with you FTPing up the NEW index.php file over the old one?

Anyways, how'd you install it? Where'd you put the files? It sounds interesting but I've had a bit of trouble so far.

thanks!
woohoo, problem solved. Much thanks to nopeac4u for the solution. All I had to do was replace my index.php with the original one from the phpnuke download.
