Don't think that's possible and when you only use the nuke and not the integrated forum then you can't use the forumregistration hack. You can only let them register the nuke and the standalone phpBB when you hack the registration of one of the two so that when you register that it fills the users table of the forum and the nuke. I suggest you try to import your standalone into nuke.
