I have applied the Registration hack, but I am getting 1 Problem.

The Problem is when a user requests a new password when they have forgotten it.

It Reports an error.
Warning: mail() [function.mail]: SMTP server response: 550 5.7.1 ... Relaying denied. Proper authentication required. in c:\apache\htdocs\modules\Your_Account\index.php on line 595

It Could Be That I Havent Got A Password in Php.ini (Because I dont know where im supposed to put one)

Or is there anyway to get the Lost your Password?(Found Under Users Account) Link to Work with the email SMTP Stated in the Phpbb Forum. In Other Words Use The Same Email As The One In The Forum Setup that works when they sign up.

mmm....thats one odd error. i dont think i can help you there, other then try tracing your steps back and re-do the installation more carefully. one of the few errors i havent seen before.

That is a send mail problem with your Local server/Apache. You'll need to check on Apche's website or PHP website on runnign local servers and SMTP configuration.

It's obvious what the error is saying.
Can't send mail. Your users are requesting their password, but for some reason your local server is not sending the mail.
