Scrolling Forums not showing forums items -

I have installed the scrolling Forums script adn I can create a block OK bit it only brings in one link to the scroll boc it is a link like this [jsminc] with an image nelow it. It takes me to the forums but I thought it was suppose to pull entries from the forums?
Through this forum It takes me to the forums but I thought it was suppose to pull entries from the forums.
