I have made a fix for people using shoutbox who have a horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of the block and who want it to go away! (like Renegade)

You can limit the length of words in shoutbox's admin so people can't mess you up like someone (RS-Commander_Z) did there Renagade. Go to configuar and set
Maximum Chars per Word 20 characters or less .
