In total there are users online (Forum footer)
For some odd reason, the numbers never match up. The who's online block says: There are currently, 14 guest(s) and 20 member(s) that are online.,
The who is where block show's I have 13 people viewing the forums.
And in the forum footer it says: In total there are 3 users online :: 3 Registered, 0 Hidden and 0 Guests.
Is there a reason why it never comes close to matching up? Is there a conflict in the code of the Who's online block with the forum?
Thanks in advance.

The differences occor because although you may have had 13 people on the forum and it shows 3 because the sessions are different between nuke and the forum, five minutes for the forum and I think 15 minutes for nuke, so the forum discards persons prior to nuke.
Hope that makes sense :?

It seems very odd because even if someone is posting, it still doesn't show them in the forum footer.
Is there a way to even them out? It looks as if there's nobody visiting the place when there are plenty.
Thanks in advance.

If you know for certain they are posting something and they are not showing it sounds like a bug, what you need to remember is if you are using the most recent version of the phpbb module it is a beta and still has a few. 8O

Alright then... I guess I'lll have to live with it. It just seems very weird, and looks pretty bad, especially when my site is used mostly for the forum, and if it shows 50 people are on the site, and 1 person is on the forum.
I haven't even seen anyone else address the issue yet.

I am having this problem as well. I have the latest Nuke 6.0 and the latest port of phpbb2... I can be in the forum posting and see 0 people online... not even me.
The website seems to be accurate, but the forum counter is useless...
Anyone else run into this or have a possible fix???

We have the same issue here at nukemods. There has yet to be a solution.
I think it is working properly in Nuke 6.5, but it hasn't been released yet.

yeah, fyi: it has nothing to do with the way the person setup nuke or runs it. its in the base coding of the port. so no worries, its not just you
