Trying to set Moderators for Forums...
Hi!

Running Nuke 6.0 with the phpBB Port 2.0.3. Running on MySQL.

This is the first time I have run Nuke and phpBB together. I have everything working as far as I can tell, but setting Forum Moderators is not working as expected.

When I try to add someone as the Mod, I go to User Management, Permissions, and add them as the Moderator of a particular forum and I get "Couldn't update private forum permissions". I have determined that if I change the user to an Administrator, I am able to assign them to the forum...

On the old board, I could assign anyone I wanted as a moderator of a forum. Did something change or am I just doing something stupid?? ops:

Thanks in advance!

neither: youre not doing something stupid AND nothing has changed

chances are:

a) something was not uploaded correctly, probably an admin file.

or

b) a mysql table didnt install correctly.

more detail can allow me to give a more detailed response

Tell me what detail you would like and you shall have it...

I started with a blank site and database. I used the file that had Nuke and phpBB already integrated...

If a user is a member of a GROUP, specifically the Moderator group, then you cannot assign them as an individual moderator of a Forum. You must either REMOVE them from that group , then set their permissions to moderate the Forums you want them to Moderate or set their Group permissions to moderate the particular forums.
