I got a webchat module and uploaded it, how do I install it?

Did it not come with readme.txt and other txt files? Usually the installation instructions are in there.

I would venture to guess that you probably have to configure it through your admin cp. It's probably inactive at this point. So click on it and see what happens.

Make a backup of your db before you try to install it.
