OK bro relax I just whent through this one. Take your favorite html editor and pull up the file in your directorry, ie.

/home/dataklubben/appolyon/html/21pzr/modules/Web_Links/index.php

Go to your search feature in your editor, (I use ultra edit) and do a search for "LC_TIME" replace all instances of "LC_TIME" with LC_TIME notice I removed the quotes. This was caused beacause my hosting service upgraded my version of PHP. You have this in many other files as well. I have seen this occurance especially in the links, downloads section of mine. This should take care of it lickity split.
