ok i have lost my mind i cant remember what i need to do to take out certain fileds in the your account page..i dont want web mail themes and so on where do i edit to take these out.

simply edit navbar.php in the Your Account module folder.

Actually, you would want to Disable Webmail in Nuke/Admin/Preferences. That will remove that one from Your Accoutn page.
Then to make it so the theme selection on Your Accoutn page is gone, remove all themes from your themes folder except your DEFAULT one.
