Simple image problem with Elektra pack

I'm just getting started with PHP-Nuke, great system, I've decided to use the Elektra theme, but I've installed and switched, and the one problem I have is with my news postings.

The image on the right of the news posting never shows up, it's not even loading an image, just srcing from the directory. Which file do I need to edit to change this?
